  • Where and how can i pay my membership?
    • Buyning and renewing our membership happens in our online store, which you can found in shop.laureamko.fi.
    • To our webstore you can sign in via facebook-account or by making new with an email. That account is only for online store and you can buy tickets for events through here.
    • You can pay with bank account, credit card or MobilePay.
  • I can’t buy membership, because HAKA-login fails. Where is the fault?
    • Most common faulty there is typo, so check first that your account is written correctly (in form of student number[at]laurea.fi)
    • If the account is correct and HAKA-login succeed to Laurea Server (if log in fails, please make contact with Laurea Servicedesk), try to use different browser or empty cookies.
    • If changing browser and/or emptying cookies do not help, please contact our customer service. To help you we need your student number, email address that you use for our webstore and screen capture of the error message
  • I can’t order Slice account, because site says that they do not have any information for my email. What do I do?
    • First look if you have valid membership to us. You can check this at our webstore in your personal information or by contacting us, for example via chat.
    • Also take note that membership information data transfer from server to server take time, about 1 to 3 days. So If you have just bought membership or renew it, waiting helps.
    • Look that your information is correct. Are you ordering account with same email that you used while buing the memebership? For example, if you used personal email, you can’t order account by using school email. You can check which email you used, by going to our webstore and, sign in. Then going to membership and pressing the pencil marker there.
  • My information in Slice are wrong, what do I do?
    • Name and student number comes to card via account ordering form, so if there have been misspell or for excample, your phone have been using autofill and your information have gone wrong. In these situations, please contact us, so we can fix your information. Please inform us with the email used to activate Slice, the information that need to be fixed and your student number.
    • HOX! PICTURE CAN’T BE CHANGED! BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING IT.
  • I have not recieve Slice account, what do I do?
    • Have you ordered yourself an account via slice.fi/upload?
    • Have you been patient with waiting? The account do not come straight away, so please wait a moment before contacting us.
    • Have you checked the spam folder? Account is send automatically with system and it might go to spam folder.
    • If there was no help from things mentioned above, please send us a message where you tell us your student number and the email you used to order the account.
  • App sign me out and I can’t get in anymore / I have a new phone and I can’t get in?
    • Please send us the email adress you used to activate Slice, we can reset your account. You can also contact us via chat.
