Raide-Jokeri Appro, founded a few years ago, is looking for a project worker to implement the event. The project worker is responsible for implementing the 2025 event within the framework of the goals set by the Laureamko board.
Successful implementation of the project worker’s task requires:
- Experience in project, budgeting and management
- Knowledge of student and university of applied sciences culture
- Knowledge of the restaurant world in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area
- Interest and experience in event production
- Experience in drafting contracts
- Ability to work in Finnish and English – Finnish as the working language
- Marketing and communication skills and graphic expertise are considered an advantage
The project worker’s task is contract-based and is particularly suitable for someone who already has experience in event production, for example in student organizations, and has relevant university studies in the background.
In his/her role, the project worker is responsible for contract negotiations with restaurants for the Raide-Jokeri appro to be held in October 2025, developing sponsorship cooperation, comprehensive marketing of the event at other events, online and on campuses, and reviewing the implementation, analysis and drafting development proposals after the event.
The project worker reports his/her work to the Laureamko board member responsible for the Raide-Jokeri appro. The position is paid as a one-time fee of 500 euros after the event. The project manager also has the opportunity to earn 7.5% of the event’s profit if the goals set by the steering group are met.
