When did you start your studies?
“I began studying social services in January 2017 in Hyvinkää campus.”
What is the best course in Laurea?
“How do I choose just one? Probably Exerting Influence in the Social Care Sector or Research and Development Methods because I’m interested in doing research and developing and influencing many many things and these courses gave me a lot of tools for this kind of work.”
What is your favorite food?
“With my mum’s recipe smoked salmon pasta salad.”
What song would you sing in the karaoke?
“Something from Queen. Let’s say I Want It All because I’m listening to it right now.”
Katja Menschakoff
When did you start your studies?
“I’m studying for Bachelor of Social Services. I started as a path student in autumn 2017. For a degree leading student in autumn 2018. And I’m staying with my classmates.”
What is the best course in Laurea?
“My favorite study has been Creative methods, because it has given us an opportunity to try some creative methods by our self.”
What is your favorite food?
“My favorite food is garlic potatoes ( incl.ham and bacon) and on side with a nice steak.”

“In karaoke I would sing Kersantti Karoliina.”
Liisa Niinivirta

“I started my Security Management studies at fall 2017.”
What is the best course in Laurea?
“My favorite study module was Basics of corporation safety, security and risk management, because during it I learnt some basic terms of my study field and it help me realize what I actually started to study.”
What is your favorite food?
“My favorite food is meat gravy and boiled potatoes.”
What song would you sing in the karaoke?
“Usually I don’t choose my own karaoke song, but now I would probably sing a song by Juice Leskinen; Kaksoiselämää.”
Taru Salovaara
When did you start your studies?
“I have started my Nursing studies on January 2017.”
What is the best course in Laurea?
“I can’t say what’s my favourite study module, but currently I’m on practice in home hospital and I like it very much!”
What is your favorite food?
“My favourite food is salmon or meat sauce and mash potatoes.”

“I would sing in karaoke Gimmel’s Roviolla or Stella’s Aamunkuiskaus.”

“I started my Social Services studies in autumn 2017.”

“Probably English in social services, where we got to learn about nonviolent communication among other things.”

“Mashed potatoes casserole.”
