This year Laureamko’s 28th anniversary will be celebrated with an Anniversary Gala, a slightly more relaxed version of the usual annual party. The Annual Gala is a time to enjoy good food, company and singing.

If you’re wondering what this means in practice, here’s some inspiration for your outfit:
If you prefer a suit and trousers, choose a dark suit. You can combine it with a patterned or colored undershirt and a matching tie or bow tie. You can and should play around with the colors of the suit, shirt and accessories. Dark polished dress shoes are the perfect choice for party shoes.
If you prefer a dress, any cocktail dress will do. The hemline of the dress can be short, medium or long – more commonly the hemline ends around the knee. The fabric of the dress or skirt and shirt is generally more formal and jewelry and other accessories can be added to the outfit. Shoes such as pumps are appropriate for formal wear.
Member sash
The sash is worn so that it runs from the right shoulder across the chest to the left hip, with the turquoise colour at the top. The sash may also be folded into a rosette and worn on the left breast, with the turquoise stripe at the top and inside as shown in one of the pictures.
The ribbon must not touch bare skin. The ribbon may be worn by all former and current members and employees of the Student Union.
